Our team scours all available resources daily, looking for the under-valued Las Vegas properties. We buy properties at the Trustees' Sale, from banks as REOs, through the short sale process, from Fanny Mae, Freddie Mac, and other government institutions, and occasionaly from private sellers. We purchase only distressed properties that are priced well below CURRENT market value. Once we acquire these properties, our team of renovation professionals completely overhaul the property from top to bottom. Necessary repairs are made, new carpet, flooring, appliances, countertops, and fixtures are installed. Once our renovations are completed, our properties are truly better than new. We then advertise the properties for rent or lease and place a qualified, long term tenant in each home.

At this point, the investment property is ready to be sold to one of our waiting investor clients. Bulk Packages

Property Bundles

Property bundles are different from bulk property packages in that the homes which are included in our bundles are all homes that have been acquired, renovated, and placed with tenants by Vegas International Properties. Transactional Funding

Some of our investors aren't interested in owning real estate in Las Vegas but are interested in receiving phenomenal, safe returns on their investment capital. These investors choose to become transactional funders for our projects. They provide capital for us to acquire and renovate properties and their funds are secured by a first postion lien on the property they are funding. Some investors choose to have their funds returned at the end of each project along with the points they have earned for their capital commitment. Others prefer to keep their funds in play year round and receive a guaranteed, secure rate of return for the life of their investment.
