We buy properties at the Trustees' Sale, from banks as REOs, through the short sale process, from Fanny Mae, Freddie Mac, and other government institutions, and occasionaly from private sellers. We purchase only distressed properties that are priced well below CURRENT market value. Once we acquire these properties, our team of renovation professionals completely overhaul the property from top to bottom. Necessary repairs are made, new carpet, flooring, appliances, countertops, and fixtures are installed. Once our renovations are completed, our properties are truly better than new. We then advertise the properties for rent or lease and place a qualified, long term tenant in each home.

Some of our investors aren't interested in owning real estate in Las Vegas but are interested in receiving phenomenal, safe returns on their investment capital.
