The MGM Signature Hotel Condo is a unique property on the Las Vegas Strip in that it provides owners with a luxury, amenity rich unit at a fraction of what other high rise developments are charging. Glenn has been following the MGM Signature development since the first unit was completed in 2006 and has been writing detailed reports on the property since 2009. The reasons for Glenn's recommendation of the MGM Signature are simple: It offers the best value for money of any high rise development on the Las Vegas Strip.

A large factor in this value for money equation is the fact that the MGM Signature enjoys tremendous occupancy rates. Because the Signature does not force owners to use the house rental program, but allows owners to select from alternate rental programs if they so desire, a healthy competition is maintained among the rental management groups. This competition translates to higher occupancy rates and lower fees for owners at the MGM Signature utilizing the rental pool services.

The MGM Signature has a healthy list of positive qualities. The property boasts a prime location along the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. The rooms are luxurious, well appointed and well maintained. The MGM Signature itself has two pools, a workout center, concierge, deli, private entrace and valet but Signature owners also have privileges at all the MGM Grand pools and can easily travel to the MGM Grand for dining and entertainment via a moving walkway.
